How to use the book?

The book is not a read but a workpiece. 13 sections, 78 missions, and at the end of each chapter is a gate that must be opened with evidence. The printed pages and this digital interface are two sides of the same material.

Four steps

  1. Scan the page QR code

Every page has a code at the bottom. Point your phone camera at it and bring it to this digital interface — exactly the page you're holding in your hand. It also works without the code: in the reader you can enter the page number manually.

  2. Check the page mind map

The digital page doesn't repeat the printed text, but shows its structure: what's the central question, what's the task, what's the insight, and what concepts are involved. At a glance, you can see what the page is about.

  3. Click on the terms

Every technical term has its own glossary entry. From the glossary, you can return to the pages where the book discusses it — so the book can be navigated not just front-to-back, but also through concepts.

  4. Record your decision

At the end of a mission, it's not about whether you read it, but what you concluded. Record your decision and evidence in your own Agent Build Log — this builds up to your final project.

Book system: 3 – 5 – 13 – 78

13 sections
From discovery to scaling. Each is a coherent work package, ending with your own deliverable.
78 missions
A mission typically takes 20 minutes for individual work, while team work continues at your organization's pace.
Gates (Decision Gate)
An acceptance point at the end of the chapter. Not a task: collective approval of the chapter's deliverables, with evidence.

What requires login?

This page and legal information are available to anyone. The glossary is for logged-in readers. The content of the book pages also requires an activation code found in the book and a completed assessment — these are the three gates.
